The hotel is located close to the beachfront. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. The food selection offered many choices. The hotel is also conveniently located near the airport for a short transfer.
The towel exchange required a one Euro fee per towel. I found that a little inconvenient.

The reception staff was attentive. The staff helped with a minor issue. They arranged transport to a local facility. The attention and care from the staff was really really good and prompt!

Excellent Refurbished Hotel

The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. My room was spacious and very quiet. The balcony offered a fabulous view. The meals were first class with a huge range of dishes.
The shower, toilet, and washbasin were not in the same room. It was a bit inconvenient. I did cope with it .

The staff were all very keen to be of service. They were always friendly and helpful. I felt supported and welcomed by the employees. I did appreciate that.

The hotel has a great beachfront location. I found it really convenient. Although there was a street between the beach and the hotel. I still slept with the window open.

Wonderful Beachside Getaway

I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to all the bars, restaurants, and beaches. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The rooms were comfortable (i especially liked the new design). I appreciated the policy where belongings left unattended on sunbeds for over two hours were removed, this ensured fair use for everyone.
I found the entertainment a bit loud. It could be heard from my room sometimes.

The hotel is very close to the beach, requiring only a short walk across the street. It is easy to reach the city center with its vibrant nightlife, shops, and convenient access to the metro which provides easy transport to the airport and the center of malaga.

The cleaning staff maintained high standards, the hotel was super clean and well kept throughout my visit. The front desk team was professional and efficient, providing prompt assistance with all inquiries. The staff always seemed helpful and friendly ( a great feature!).
