convenient island stay

my room was much larger than expected. the location allowed me to walk around easily after the daytime crowds left. i really enjoyed a quiet night there. the front desk staff was friendly despite managing multiple properties.

finding the room with luggage up many stairs was difficult. there was no one to help with luggage to the top floor rooms upon arrival and departure. i found this unacceptable.

the hotel is inside the historic site. it is a few hundred years old. cafes are nearby so you can walk until late without any rush since the hotel is on the island.

i had a wonderful dinner. it was AMAZING!!! the restaurant provides a perfect experience. it allows you to enjoy a meal in a historical setting after tourists have left the area.

the breakfast was good, a plus.

the staff was quite rude. they seemed uninterested in assisting guests. coffee came from a machine and it was broken. it could not serve the number of guests, frustrating.
