The location facing the bay was wonderful, especially with a balcony (perfect for enjoying the sunsets!). The breakfast included a wide selection and the dinner at the hotel was fantastic. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and.
I noticed some areas of the hotel look a bit worn, needing some updates.

i booked a room with ocean view , but i faced a scruffy flat roof. there were dinner plates , ductwork , and rotting windows. the bus stop right outside our window woke us up early. i was not able to move rooms , though i asked.

The location was really perfect, right on the beach. The breakfast had great selection of food. I found that spa facilities were beautiful. Each day the staff comes to clean twice and put a chocolate on your pillow every evening.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The room included everything that I needed. A chocolate jersey cow was placed on the pillow. The bedroom was bright and clean. I found it well worthwhile getting a room with a balcony.

My return visit was so nice. The staff excelled in friendliness and attentiveness, from reception to hospitality! they ensured every guest felt valued. the food was satisfactory. i recommend the terrace for varied dining if staying multiple days. it worked well for me and my family!
the tea and coffee facilities were awkward. the design seemed poorly considered, causing some minor inconvenience

i must say , i was a bit let down by a couple of things. the room service breakfast was consistently incorrect , with items missing almost every day. one morning , they even sent toast with mould , and the apology felt quite dismissive. also , used room service trays lingered outside the doors for hours.

The breakfast choices were very good. Lots of options met expectations.
The curtains in the main dining room looked like they were coming down. It needed a deep clean. the edgings of the steps between rooms were coming off. the whole place could do with a coat of paint
