This hotel had a REALLY good location. I found the staff helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean, which I appreciated. The breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection of items.
I noticed the lack of a bar on the roof terrace. It would be a great addition. The terrace seemed a bit empty without beverage service. I think a bar up there would improve the atmosphere.

I have stayed at this hotel several times a year for the past four years! The staff are amazing, and the hotel is very clean. Rooms are quite large, and there are no sun bed wars at the pool. If there are any issues, the staff resolve them immediately.
The hotel felt dated, though the location was perfect! The bar wasn't open, and there was no option for food, excluding a vending machine.

The location is ideal because it is a quiet area, yet it is a short walk to everything. The hotel is close enough to the beach, bars, and restaurants for easy access. It also has lots of car parking around the building for convenience.

I had breakfast included. It was super good and well-prepared, with a variety of options. The buffet had a sufficient variety at both meals, so there was plenty to choose from. The staff in the dining area were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are spacious and include all the required facilities. The rooms are well-furnished, spotlessly clean, and include a nice bathroom. My east-facing room offered a beautiful view for sunrise every morning. Air conditioning is available in each room.

The staff at the front desk are super friendly and helpful and assist with arranging rental cars. Staff can help with anything from the room key to bus routes. There was a lady in reception called Gery, she was lovely and friendly.

The room had a good size and it was nice and clean. the shower was hot (i find that very important!). i didn't use the pool, but it seemed like a nice place to spend the afternoon. the hotel is close to las americas and the beach. It was very easy to walk everywhere.
i noticed there wasn't much of an atmosphere in the hotel. if you're looking for a holiday vibe, this might not be the perfect fit.
