the grounds and pools were maintained nicely. the pool area offered a great spot for reading. i appreciated that the hotel has direct access to the promenade and beach through the back door.

this happened halfway through my holiday. there was a lot of noise during the day from this activity. the hotel manager did not communicate this potential disturbance before my arrival.

The hotel provides an easy access to the promenade because of a lift with a secure gate. Our room included a large balcony with a table, chairs and two loungers. I noticed the staff removed used plates efficiently at the Solandra restaurant. This impressed me. The gardens were beautifully maintained!

The jacuzzi jets felt too fierce. That was a shame.

this hotel impressed me with its friendly staff and attentive service. the restaurant offered a wonderful selection of foods to meet my needs (gluten-free options were easily available!). the sunbeds were plentiful, and the hotel provided two towels for each guest to use at the heated pool. the prosecco in the fridge and the replenished bottled water were a nice touch.

i noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture in the common areas.
