The suite was spacious with air conditioning. A large balcony offered plenty of space. The breakfast selection included many choices. The pool bar had a great drink selection. The location was central and convenient. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom design was awkward. The toilet was located behind the door. The door stop felt uncomfortable underfoot.

awful noise poor view

The room was cleaned daily and included pool towels and slippers.

The noise from nearby apartments was awful. There was shouting and loud music every night. The reception staff said I was in Las Americas (as if that explained everything). The view from the balcony was poor and blocked by a privacy screen. (I was very frustrated.)

fantastic location and excellent service

helpful staff wide choice available sunbeds great location

Having stayed at this hotel, i found the staff friendly and helpful. my breakfast offered plenty of choice. sunbeds were available around the pool. the bus stop is practically outside the hotel. The pick up point for siam park is just around the corner.

i noticed other guests reserving their sunbeds very early. decent beds were taken because many are shaded until late morning.

Breakfast offered plenty of choice of food. all inclusive drinks had variety. cocktails were good. I found them very enjoyable. the all inclusive is self service for beer, wine, sangria, water and soft drinks
