I found many sun loungers were available by pool. The staff was lovely. Food and drinks from the pool bar was delicious and very convenient. I think the location were amazing for a break. The room view, facing south, allowed sun on balcony all day. Maids provided excellent and frequent cleaning service. Reception helped me with info.
I found the lack of air conditioning difficult. Ceiling fans didn't cool the room sufficiently. I wouldn't book during summer due this issue.

The pool area includes a well maintained pool and several sunbeds. I noticed strict enforcement of towel policies. There were also restaurants available to order delicious meals near vicinity.

Excellent Value with Great Staff

the rooms were very clean and spacious i also found the beds to be comfortable extra pillows and blankets were available in the wardrobe i thought that was a nice touch the kitchenette had sufficient pots pans and utensils for basic cooking. norinda cleaned our room daily and she did a super job changing bedlinen midweek and towels as needed.
there were no plugs in the bedroom which was slightly inconvenient a full length mirror would also be useful but these were minor issues overall

the location proved perfect it offered a quiet environment yet remained a short walk from both los cristianos and las americas bus stops are nearby and provided efficient transportation around the island at good value.

the pool bar provided happy and quick service its poolside food offerings were plentiful hot and tasty i appreciated the upbeat music it was not obtrusive it created a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying meals and drinks by the pool.

I appreciated the helpful staff. They were consistently available. Each bed in my room featured a different pillow. This made it easy to find the right comfort level. I found the hotel's location convenient. Public transport and supermarkets were easily accessible.
The bar prices for food have increased somewhat.

great stay with friendly staff!

booked my stay well in advance, and everything went smoothly. our one-bedroom apartment was clean and spacious. the pool area always had available sunbeds. especially tom at the bar, were amazing and. food and drinks at the pool bar were also good, and i appreciated the table tennis nearby.
the lack of air conditioning was slightly uncomfortable during the hotter nights, though a fan was provided in the room.

The location was convenient, with two large supermarkets within a five-minute walk. las vistas beach was less than a ten-minute walk away. a variety of fantastic restaurants are also very close. I found some good spots.

The staff at the reception were really helpful and friendly, they quickly responded to my questions and requests. the cleaning staff did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms daily. They were very thorough. the bar staff was also fantastic!
