i found the staff very helpful at reception. our room was cleaned regularly with fresh towels provided. the pool area was well-kept with plenty of sun loungers. i particularly enjoyed having a spacious terrace.

the evening entertainment was sometimes a little quiet.

The resort is close to the beach and various shops. The area felt secure and quiet. a taxi rank nearby offers easy access to further destinations. Reaching siam park is quick.

Our standard apartment was equipped with a good-sized shower. The shower had strong water pressure. the beds were comfortable and allowed for restful nights. Plenty of room ensured we never felt confined. a fridge provided convenient storage.

I enjoyed the great activities offered by the animation team. Lottie and Luna were particularly fantastic, always creating fun things to do during the day! The location was also very convenient with easy access to the seafront. Lots of food, drink, and shopping choices were nearby.

The room lacked air conditioning, quite stuffy at times. The windows also didn't lock properly, raising some security concerns, as they could be opened from the outside.

The food had good variety, I always found something to eat that I liked . There were many fresh options available at each meal time and the quality was consistently quite good.

The hotel had very handy access to local attractions. There were good parking spaces available in front of the hotel, this made day trips very simple. IT WAS also close to lots of shops.

The standard apartment was nice and clean when I arrived. The sunny terrace offered a VERY pleasant space to relax and enjoy the weather. All necessary amenities were provided for a comfortable stay.
