the rooms were spacious. the beds were comfortable too.

The themed restaurant was not great. the key cards never worked. we had to go down to reception multiple times to reset them. This was just an annoying inconvenience.

The atmosphere was so nice. The reception staff gave five stars service. The warm pool was clean and the activities team did a great job with all the activities.

I am not sure what loophole they found to warrant five stars.
