fantastic stay
great location friendly staff super clean room patient waiter
I loved the hotel's great location AND the views of the beach. The staff worked very hard to please everyone. I especially appreciated José Vicente, a lounge waiter, he was patient and friendly and answered all my questions on my first day. Our housekeeper Sandra was very diligent and kept our room super clean.
The air conditioning in the room could have been COLDER. It struggled a bit during the hottest part of the day.

The dining room offered a fantastic view of the water, which i REALLY enjoyed. The fresh omelets at breakfast were a highlight, prepared exactly as requested. The buffet selection was broad, with a great variety OF choices, suiting different tastes.

convenient stay
professional receptionist tidy room laundry service
the staff were very professional and cute. the room was clean and tidy. breakfasts offered many choices including juices cereals and pastries. i used the laundry service and my shirts were ready within an hour it was highly recommended.
air conditioning in the room did not get cold enough. it seemed restricted to around 20 degrees. i prefer a cooler room for sleeping.

the hotel's location was excellent it was easy to walk to many restaurants along the waterfront. the ocean view from the breakfast area was lovely. the promenade was easily accessible for evening strolls.

admirable stay
cute receptionist energetic animation
the staff are wonderful. i found the receptionists professional and cute. the dining room teams are attentive, and the animation crew is fun and energetic. even when busy, they always have a smile and are ready to assist.
the safe in my room was unusable because there was no key to open it. i think that putting a safe without a key does not make sense. it would be nice to fix things like that.

the food was plentiful and varied. waiting staff were great at meals. i saw ana at breakfast and sergio in the evening. sandra was helpful at the poolside a la carte section.

the reception staff were cute. miranda and augustino took time to ensure guests were enjoying their stay. the service for privilege clients was super. the privilege restaurant featured a friendly, family atmosphere.

the room was super clean and the balcony overlooking the pool area was a good size. rooms have everything needed and are cleaned daily. our room was quiet and had a sea view. the view from the room was amazing.

the hotel is in a lovely location and is close to the attraction with pools. the hotel faces the sea and is in a perfect beachfront position. the views from the restaurant are awesome, i watched the surfers.
