i found the villas beautifully maintained and very clean. the grounds offered a relaxed environment. i especially loved the private little garden at the back of our villa. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
the variety of local drinks included in the all-inclusive package could be improved.

The hotel is located near a golf course. Very beautiful! essential items can be purchased at the on-site shop. a larger supermarket is about a 30-minute walk. We found everything we needed. the hotel offers a quiet environment at night.

I loved the proximity to golf courses and the beautiful landscaping! The grounds had so many flowers and plants. The hotel offered accessibility for people with disabilities and features two swimming pools, including one with heating. I found the entertainment every day to be a blast. They even had a foam party in the pool!
The all-inclusive finished too early on the day of check out. This policy could be reconsidered.

The hotel has two swimming pools one is heated and there is a minigolf for those who want some fun. The hotel includes its own mini market and laundry services who wish to use them to freshen up their clothes.

The room has a well-equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. The villa rooms have big balconies. The rooms have nice Spanish touches. I appreciated the spacious apartments with a nice kitchen.

Breakfast offered lots of variety! The food is delicious and the menu changes every day. There are options for everyone and food is always hot. Dinner is dedicated to a particular cuisine each night, like Italian or BBQ.

Most of the staff were very nice and very informative. The receptionists are helpful and ordered us a taxi every time we asked. I felt welcome and cared for throughout my stay. The staff is friendly and ready to help with any requests.
