outdated kitchenno cleaning
this place seriously needs an update. the kitchen felt old, and some stuff was even broke. during my stay, there wasnt even any cleaning done, no towel changes either! i dont know if i had to ask for cleaning, but it felt weird for a hotel.

really good massage and great facilities

We enjoyed two really good massages . Relaxing massage with gudrun and deep tissue with michelle. the poolside pagoda is a lovely setting. the hotel has very friendly accommodating staff. the pool is big and there are comfy sunbeds.
the room was perfectly spacious but didn't have that comfortable feel. everything felt dated and a bit grubby. i think it could have been better.

the pool area is very relaxing and lovely. there are plenty of sun loungers available. the pool is heated with warm water. kids loved the play area and the stairs to walk around.

the pool was large and seemed well maintained.
The apartment felt quite dated. The furniture looked worn, and the kitchen equipment seemed old. housekeeping was only available every few days, it wasn't clear about that when i booked. the breakfast buffet lacked variety. Most items were the same each day.

The gym had equipment i used. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area features twenty loungers. I also saw a shaded section near the pool.
The restaurant menu seemed limited. I wanted more choices. The bathroom looked tatty. i think it needs an update.
