helpful staff comfortable bed large balcony
The reception staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My room was super clean and included a comfortable bed plus a large balcony. I found housekeeping to be great. I appreciated the extras, like a dishwasher with tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel.
The entertainment could be loud at times.

friendly staff excellent location
the staff are very friendly. the location is excellent with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and bars.
i found the pool hours restrictive. it did not open until 9am and closed at 7.30pm (a swim before the crowds would have been great). i wish they extended the opening hours.

Fantastic Hotel with Excellent Amenities
comfortable mattress filtered water helpful staff
The room included a dishwasher with tablets and washing up liquid. Filtered water was available straight from the tap. This was a plus. The shower and bathroom contained soaps and a good hairdryer. The pool area featured comfortable mattresses on the sunbeds. I found the animation team very accommodating.
The sofa in my room was uncomfortable. It needs replacing.

The pool bar was a good spot. it offered a happy hour at 5 p.m. The food was also well presented and delicious. I appreciated the variety of options available and the quality of the ingredients used in each dish.

amazing stay!
clean apartment equipped kitchen nice staff
my family and I stayed here for six nights. the apartments was super clean, with a very well equipped kitchen. the pool bar offered lovely priced food and drinks. the staff was so nice. music played at night, and it was always upbeat.
the elevators could be a bit faster during peak hours.

the pool area features comfortable loungers and parasols. a well equipped gym includes treadmills and free weights. there are also a tennis court and a kids' club available for all guests.

the hotel is near many shops and restaurants. a short walk takes you to the beach. public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel. the airport is about twenty minutes by car.

i found the apartment spacious. the kitchen includes all appliances for self catering. the location is near fanabe beach and many restaurants.
