I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the free water fountains (i even bought a reusable bottle from the hotel) and well-equipped gym were excellent. i appreciated the yoga and pilates classes. Raquel was a great instructor. breakfast until 11:30 was very convenient.
the hotel system required prepaying an account for a discount, but it was non-refundable, inconvenient.

staffs were very friendly and helpful, they were. room was very nice and neat. i appreciate their support of the local community and environment. they had a great range of tasty breakfast options.
the rooms are very poorly maintained, i think. its surprising cause the hotel is new. it doesn't seem to be housekeeping faults but they don't have enough time to clean between check-outs.
