beachfront location great staff outdated decor poor air conditioning

I loved the convenient beachfront location. However direct beach access was limited because of rocks. the staff was fantastic. They were always friendly and maintained cleanliness throughout my stay. i found the breakfast and dinner buffets to be good with a nice variety of options. the pool area had plenty of sun loungers. I always found a spot!

the room decor felt a little outdated! it could definitely use some refreshing. i found the air conditioning in the room to be quite poor, uncomfortable at times.

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet included made-to-order omelets and other options. I received new water bottles daily and free coffee in my room.

The hotel did not repair a constantly running toilet.

Excellent stay at this seaside hotel

The hotel location is close to many restaurants and bars. The staff was very polite and helpful at all times. I enjoyed the breakfast with the great variety. Bar drinks were priced reasonably. The room had a superb balcony view of the harbour. I especially liked watching the setting sun from there.

The curtains in the room were short. There were no blackout blinds, so the balcony was sun-scorched and unusable during the daytime heat.

The gym had cardio machines. There were aqua aerobics classes available! The rooftop chill-out area features sunbeds. It also has some cabanas for relaxation.

outdated bathroom loud music

The room felt a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. The rainfall showerhead was NOT working. There were also gunky areas along the tub. The hotel next door had very loud music until midnight. It made sleeping difficult (it was almost unbearable!).

hardworking ladies hot water

the room cleaning ladies were very hard working to keep everything super clean. (i liked that). the shower had hot water available in abundance and was very nice.

the gym equipment could use some maintenance as some of it was not working properly.

poor air conditioning reduced food quality

The location was acceptable! close to the beach and shops.

The air conditioning barely worked. My room was like a sauna the entire time. It was quite unpleasant. The food quality diminished significantly during the last few days of my stay. It seemed as though the kitchen staff stopped caring, a real letdown.
