The hotel rooms were spacious. the breakfast buffet had many choices , from fresh fruit to pastries. the pools offered waiter service . This was a nice touch for ordering drinks.
the gym had limited hours , and i prefer 24-hour access.

this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. the staff demonstrated amazing professionalism and friendliness. i found the poolside service perfect, and the reception offered a warm welcome with prosecco. the location is fine, with a convenient ten-minute walk to costa adeje market. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! boasting abundant variety and flavors.
the drinking water policy was a slight inconvenience. only one small bottle was provided per day. i felt more water should be complimentary, especially given the hotel's high standards.

my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. it also featured a spacious balcony with furniture. the room was cleaned daily with great attention to detail.

The hotel breakfast features many options. It is delicious. the staff are friendly. wifi access is fast throughout the hotel. bathrooms are kept very clean. four swimming pools are available. plenty of loungers are set by the pools. we loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
There were very minor issues with drink orders. It took some time, but they fixed it.

the staff were very enthusiastic. they greeted us with a smile daily. everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was going well. the staff checked if we were happy often.

the gym had good equipment. there were many options for physical training. the trainer was super skilled. i found yoga and meditation to be very beneficial. i enjoyed water aerobics as well.
