i found ants in my room upon arrival i tried to clean it myself but they kept reappearing the room was also noisy because it faced a busy road and was near the entertainment area i complained but a room change wasn't possible

I loved the super friendly staff! They were always ready to help with a smile. The food selection was awesome, especially for families. The room was very clean and spacious. I found the hotel's location to be great with easy access to many amenities.

The air conditioning in my room was quite weak. It. I'd suggest bringing a small fan if you're sensitive to heat!

the room was spacious. it was divided into two zones by sliding doors. it was cleaned almost every day. there were supermarkets nearby.

the accommodation was very good and the bedroom was cleaned every day. (but) i couldn't sit out on our balcony during the day. this was due to the constant noise from screaming kids. our travel agent should have realised that it is a resort which caters for children and young families and wouldn't be suitable for an older couple.

i really liked the hotel. The food was fine, with many different choices at dinner. The rooms where cleaned EVERY day and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful, specialy pablo who remembered my kids name and made them smile. The pools are good for kids with different age.

The ONLY problem was that the cooked breakfast is ALWAYS looke warm.

This hotel is just amazing! I really liked all the activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained. Nadia in the shop was so lovely and gave us lots of information about the islands. We had a great time at the restaurant. Juan and Paco were so friendly to us and they provided fast service.

The timings of the play area for kids were spontaneous. the staff there didn't interact much. They let the parents interact with the games.
