efficient shuttle ample storage
the room offered plentiful space for clothes and shoes. the complimentary shuttle ran to the town center every half hour. this made access simple because i didnt want a steep walk back.
the spa rooms seemed to need minor maintenance.

the breakfast options had so many choices! the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. the gardens around the hotel were beautiful! it was so relaxing to walk through them.
the outdoor spa pool felt too cold. not many people used it! the steam room didn't work while i was there. the hotel seemed to have a new computer system because it forgot my anniversary. it's usually so good with those details though!

Top notch stay!
helpful staff dolphin show extra requests
the hotel accommodated our wishes to visit the nearby loro parque and i got to see orcas and dolphin up close. the staff here are so considerate and helpful. All the way from parking your car to handling any extra requests i had with grace and with a smile. i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
The check in was a little late. The room was available an hour after the check in time.

the room had comfy beds with excellent top quality sheets and soft pillows. i also had a terrace overlooking the mountains and the pool. there were also very clean and nicely decorated rooms.

the hotel is in glorious botanical gardens with lovely walks. i found a free mini putting course plus an orchid house plus a herb garden. i loved my stroll around the parks and ponds.

All staff are very polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. the team is very professional. from the bell boy to the pool attendant, the reception staff to housekeeping, the bar and restaurant staff, all are amazing.

there are whole range of restaurants to choose from offering local or international or oriental cuisine. the breakfast buffet is extensive. the portions were very generous and tasted really delicious.

the spa has a whole range of pools, a sauna, a hammam and steam rooms. there are extensive therapy rooms and that makes it worth a visit. i loved the large outdoor pool.

Fantastic Hotel Stay!
delicious breakfast parrot garden quiet place comfortable bed
I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with many options. The hotel boasts parrots in the garden, which I found amazing. The whole place was quiet and restful, a real escape. My bed was very comfortable, and I also took advantage of the nice spa area.
I thought the cost for a return visit seemed higher than expected, a bit surprising.

the breakfast was superb! the gardens were beautiful, a true delight. i really appreciated the hotel's bus transport to town and back! it was a great bonus.
