fantastic hotel experience

private space fairly priced drinks amazing staff towel exchange

The pool area was very cute, it had mattresses on the beds and towel exchange. umbrellas were also available. the layout created a feeling of having a private space, unlike other hotels. the bar staff were amazing. Drinks were fairly priced! pre-mixed cocktails were not offered, a nice surprise.

wifi was an issue. i live in the 21st century, so i think good wifi should be provided. the connection dropped out constantly

i opted for bed and breakfast, the breakfast was excellent, and the choice was wide, setting me up well for the day. the porridge was especially noteworthy. there were many fresh options and the service was superb.

Staff consistently were great too. i found them always quick to help! reception staff were friendly. They organized a late checkout room, check in and out was efficient, i was.

Amazing stay!

cool vibe friendly staff great amenities awesome location

The hotel had a really cool Mexican vibe and the decor was awesome. The staff were very friendly. I found great amenities like the beach club, spa, and comfy sunbeds. The location rocks since everything is close.

The wifi had issues. It kept cutting out and that was so frustrating when I wanted to video call my family.

The suite included a huge terrace with a bali bed and lovely sea views. The room had thick carpets. Housekeeping cleaned daily to a very high standard.

i really enjoyed my stay. the breakfast offered many options and it tasted fresh. the pool area was well maintained, especially for adults.. it provided a relaxing environment. the room was clean, spacious, and had a super comfortable bed.

the wifi was very poor . i failed to join some online meetings i had to attend. i felt the hotel did not care at all about the situation. this was unexpected in 2024 and disappointing.
