The pool area was very cute, it had mattresses on the beds and towel exchange. umbrellas were also available. the layout created a feeling of having a private space, unlike other hotels. the bar staff were amazing. Drinks were fairly priced! pre-mixed cocktails were not offered, a nice surprise.

wifi was an issue. i live in the 21st century, so i think good wifi should be provided. the connection dropped out constantly

The hotel had a really cool Mexican vibe and the decor was awesome. The staff were very friendly. I found great amenities like the beach club, spa, and comfy sunbeds. The location rocks since everything is close.

The wifi had issues. It kept cutting out and that was so frustrating when I wanted to video call my family.

i really enjoyed my stay. the breakfast offered many options and it tasted fresh. the pool area was well maintained, especially for adults.. it provided a relaxing environment. the room was clean, spacious, and had a super comfortable bed.

the wifi was very poor . i failed to join some online meetings i had to attend. i felt the hotel did not care at all about the situation. this was unexpected in 2024 and disappointing.
