clean room wide variety awkward staff noisy area

the room was very clean and well kept daily. breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including something for everyone. the food was AMAZING!!! i especially liked the fresh fruit and pastries.

the bar staff seemed a bit awkward. i asked for an extra cup of ice and reminded me of it was a huge deal. also, the communal areas can get quite noisy, especially during peak hours.

fantastic stay!

big pool friendly staff tasty drinks

I loved the location because it was close to town. The staff were friendly. And the hotel looked very nice. the pool was big and spacious. i especially enjoyed the tasty drinks and fast bar service.

The food was of moderate quality. I found the buffet offered a lot, but the products seemed substitute and over-processed.

the breakfast had many choices it was good enough

the air conditioning was too noisy ironically it rattled the least at the highest power. i had difficulty closing the bathroom door. the bedside lamp also did not work it was frustrating

Acceptable stay with significant drawbacks.

rude staff parking deposit

The room was a decent size (good enough for a short stay).

I arrived late and the front desk staff were not helpful at all. I was also told that I had to leave a deposit to use the parking. The staff were rude, and I seemed like I was treated differently for being English, (which I found rather annoying).
