Based on recent reviews

Iberostar Heritage Grand Mencey enjoys a fabulous location, situated across from a large, shady park, with some rooms offering lovely views, including glimpses of cruise ships arriving. Mixed Feelings About This Stay

peculiar odor unattentive staff

The pool was nice enough I suppose.

The room was nothing special it also had a peculiar odor I couldn't quite place. The breakfast selection felt rather limited and the staff seemed preoccupied maybe they were short-handed or not very attentive. Hard to say.
