this hotel had many great qualities. the room was clean. the gym is complete with open air access and very pleasant to use. breakfast included a good range of food options. the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. i have booked my next stay here.

the room was excellent of several nights.

i was disappointed in the service at the poolside restaurant.. it seemed guests speaking spanish received priority, disheartening.

extensive grounds green space turtle pond great location

The hotel has extensive outdoor grounds. I enjoyed the green space and the turtle pond in the city center. The hotel is adjacent to a beautiful city park, Las Ramblas, and bus stops. Walking to the port area was easy too.

I found that there were no parasols at the balcony.

peculiar odor unattentive staff

The pool was nice enough I suppose.

The room was nothing special it also had a peculiar odor I couldn't quite place. The breakfast selection felt rather limited and the staff seemed preoccupied maybe they were short-handed or not very attentive. Hard to say.
