i found the location great and the apartment was very clean. the staff even provided a portable cooker for us (mine wasn't working properly) so i could still make my meals. i really appreciated how reactive they were to any requests i had. the pool bar staff were particularly lovely!).
the rooms were a bit small and lacked air conditioning, so sometimes i could hear noises from other rooms.

The cooking stove did not work. i complained and they gave me a freestanding stovetop to put over the old one. It was rather uncomfortable. some sockets did not work. the toilet gave me headaches. i had to fill a pot of water to flush it.

The location is advantageous. It is close to many shops. The staff members were very helpful. They answered all questions I had. The room provided a satisfactory view from the balcony.
The balcony door did not lock. I had to use the furniture to secure it. The Wi-Fi connection did not work. I was unable to access the internet . The hotel lacked meal facilities and entertainment.

The studio had a fully equipped kitchenette plus a hairdryer and iron, amazing! the pool bar staff were so lovely and always available. finding a sun lounger was never a problem. There were always plenty available next to the clean pool. it's also a short walk to both the beach and the veronica strip. Super convenient!
no air conditioning was available though i was able to get a fan from reception, that helped a bit!

The kitchen did not function properly. The fuses blew when I tried to use it. the sun loungers were old (I think they should be replaced). The bathroom also requires a new design because it is outdated, in my opinion.
