a stay with minor issues

the pool area was very relaxing. i noticed lots of little areas to sit. the staff were helpful, they was friendly, too.
the food was okay, but sometimes it felt cold. i think the hot lights over the food didn't always work well. also, there was no clothes rack on the balcony, so drying towels was difficult.

i thought the staff was very nice and polite. the swimming pools, hot tubs, and kid-friendly areas provided many activities. the buffet offered varied and tasty food. i also enjoyed the singing and shows in the evening.
the air conditioning was not effective. i also had to pay extra for the safe, it was unexpected. there were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room.

The hotel offered a standard single room. It was spacious with natural light. i spent many afternoons on the balcony, enjoying the view. the staff was attentive and ensured the room was always clean. the gardens were beautiful, and i strolled through them every morning, enjoying the peace and quiet.
one minor inconvenience i experienced was the limited availability of parking spaces. it was often challenging to find a spot, particularly during peak hours. this required a bit more patience, but i managed each time.

The hotel provided a shuttle bus to town. This was very convenient.
The breakfast was a mess (I never saw such a crowd!). The layout meant long queues for everything. It reminded me of fighting for food every morning. The coffee machines ran out quickly, and the staff did not refill them fast enough.
