“What struck me most was the rooftop sunbathing area; the views alone make a stay worthwhile. The apartments are admittedly basic and could use some updating-mine even needed a new fridge-but the value is undeniable for this location in Puerto de Santiago. A solid choice if you plan to spend your days exploring Tenerife and need an affordable home base.”

fantastic stay
spacious apartmentcomfortable bedfull kitchenfunctional layout
the apartment was spacious and had everything i needed. it featured a double bed which was really comfy. the apartment included wardrobes and a bathroom upstairs. downstairs, there was a shower, toilet, sink, sofa bed and a kitchen with a hob, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery, and a microwave.
i found that the floors in the apartment were not cleaned well enough (my feet turned black with dirt). the cleaners only visited the room four times during my two-week stay.

There were many small, family-run restaurants in the surrounding streets. I found several bars with outdoor seating nearby. a lidl supermarket is conveniently located a short walk away from the hotel.

the reception super nice team and friendly to me. i also found the cleaning staff to be very kind and attentive. the staff was always available to answer questions.

lack of air conditioninglate night noise
The apartment lacked air conditioning, a significant problem given the heat. Sleeping was difficult, and the provided fans offered minimal relief. Also , the noise from nearby shops persisted late into the night. This disturbance. The breakfast was not good , it was always cold.

musty smelluncomfortable chairs
i was disappoint. the room smelled a little musty, and there were these tiny ants in the kitchen. i tried to keep everything really clean, but they kept appearing near the sink. also, the balcony furniture was old, the chairs were uncomfortable. i wish they had updated the furniture because i couldn't really relax out there.

sea viewspacious storage
i stayed in a one-bedroom apartment sea view. the apartment had sea views on two sides. i found the bedroom spacious with storage that looked renovated.
the tv didn't get reception for most of the week.
