uneven experience. some hits, some misses

the staff were friendly enough. it was acceptable.
I wasn't thrilled about the spa access costing €18 for only 90 minutes. That felt a bit steep. a full day rate might make sense, but this seemed overpriced. plus, some guests weren't using towels in the sauna. this seemed unhygienic.

The location was good. It was near the beach and the town center.
The room smelled strongly of sewage. It was quite unpleasant. i called three times before they finally changed our room. That was a big inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet had many choices! beds were very comfortable and the pillows were lush. complimentary cava and chocolates awaited us. It made my birthday special.
the music from the bar was too loud from the sea view rooms! don't expect to get any sleep until 2300 or midnight.

I stayed for several nights. The staff assisted with reservations for Teide volcano and boat trips. I saw dolphins. The food offered great variety. My room featured an AMAZING sea view.
The gym created some noise early in the morning.

Really good Hotel Experience

The location allowed for easy access to many shops and restaurants. Staff members were helpful, particularly at check-in. The room offered a balcony and a spacious environment. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the large TV that allowed for screen casting.
I found that the absence of a water kettle in the room was a notable inconvenience. For a hotel of this rating, this amenity should be standard. The lack of a fridge was also disappointing.

The room featured a functional desk and a well-sized wardrobe. Storage was ample! Two bedside tables with lamps were present. I was impressed. The air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room at a consistent temperature.

The front desk staff handled requests efficiently. Housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard daily. The hotel provided prompt service. Staff addressed all inquiries quickly and effectively, appreciable.
