the queen room offered ample space and was quite comfortable. the bathroom included a free standing bath and double wash basins.
The room felt a little dated, though it was clean. the shower was really difficult to turn on and i struggled with it. i told reception about it, but nothing changed. It was practically unusable.

The location was convenient when attending an event at Ribby Hall. The manager proved helpful and friendly . Free parking was available and plentiful. The bed was clean, fresh, and provided good comfort.
The bar had a party one night and some music was audible in my room.

a stay with some minor issues

comfortable bedfresh milklimited breakfastearly closure
the staff was pleasant. the beds were comfortable, this created a nice chilled atmosphere. i also appreciated the comfortable and generous additions such as fresh milk for the coffee and tea in my room.
the kitchen closed at 8pm on the day of arrival. i almost didn't get dinner. there was no option of a cooked breakfast, generally breakfast was quite limited. the place was generally deserted.
