convenient spot
ensuite bathroom added security
The family room was spacious. i appreciated the ensuite bathroom, it included both a shower and bathtub. the front door required a key code for entry. This provided added security. breakfast included fresh fruit, pastries, and a selection of cereals.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noise from adjacent rooms, and hallway conversations were very clear.

the hotel is a short walk from the main attractions. it's near the promenade, which offers easy access to shops and entertainment. winter gardens is also a very short walk away, very useful.

clean room working shower nearby attractions noticeable noise inconvenient stairs onsite parking
the room was clean upon arrival. the shower worked well. i appreciated the proximity to nearby attractions. the staff was present at check-in.
the noise from other guests was noticeable. i heard doors banging frequently. there were stairs with no lift, i found it inconvenient. parking was not available at the premises.

generally ok stay
comfortable bed friendly staff small room thin walls
the bed was comfortable (i slept quite well). the staff were friendly. i also found the room very clean. the breakfast was nice.
my room was smaller than expected. there weren't drawers for clothes in my room. i could also hear a lot of noise from other rooms (thin walls, i guess).
