I found the staff VERY polite and cute when I arrived. The location is perfect for accessing nearby attractions. The room was clean. the bedding smelled good. I appreciated that detail. I enjoyed free WiFi.

The room wasn't quite ready upon my arrival, but this was resolved quickly.

This location provides easy access to shops, just a short walk away. Pleasure Beach is also nearby, about five minutes on foot from the hotel. South Pier is visible from the front door, I walked there easily.

The family room included a private bathroom with a shower. I found the room provided adequate space for three adults and one child. The room was clean, I noticed the beds were comfortable for sleeping.

My room was clean. It also provided basic facilities. The location is very good. A public house is at the end of the road. The waterpark, which we were visiting, was a short walk.

The boiler wasn't working. Radiators did not work.

cigarette smokebroken toilet

The place smelled like smoke when i arrived. it was really hot because the heating was on full blast, even though it was a hot day. some guests were smoking in the hallways at night and the smell came into my room. the bathroom had old toilet paper, and the toilet seat was broken. It really needed some fixing.
