The family room I booked had ample space for everyone, IT was great. Breakfast was a highlight, it offered a good selection of cooked items. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the on-site pool. It was a nice amenity.

the staff helped me and checked me in earlier. one got the chance to settle without pressure. the breakfast had a good choice. i could pick from cereal or fruit. the full english was so good. IT really made my day.

the pool time did not fit into my schedule.

the room was not properly heated , and it was quite uncomfortable during the night. i also had issues with the sink in the bathroom , the water pressure was so low that i could barely wash my hands. this made basic hygiene difficult and frustrating.
