The superior room was smaller than EXPECTED. It was also more basic than expected. The natural light was reduced because one window looked out onto a courtyard.

i stayed in a suite millesime and it completely met my expectations. the room had great cosmetics and linens (i especially loved the bathrobe!). the location is very convenient. i also was particularly impressed by the restaurant. i had the most delicious filet mignon of my life there.

my room faced an interior area and it was not possible to open the window. there was also a persistent unpleasant odor.

i found the location excellent! it was in the very centre. the staff actually found my wallet and returned it to me, it has to be the ultimate test of great staff. the breakfast and location were excellent.

the room was very expensive. it also felt small. the spa charged an extra 40 euros, which i felt was too much!

The air conditioning worked very well and the bedding felt plush so that was acceptable I suppose

The 'superior' room I booked proved smaller than anticipated it felt cramped actually. My window faced an inner courtyard so I lost natural light the electric lights had to stay on all day. Also guests must pay a fee to access the spa even though the hotel bills itself as a spa hotel so I find that annoying

I found the room spacious, with a separate toilet room and shower room. the location was central. I could walk everywhere. the staff was very friendly and spoke english very well. This was such a great help. i really appreciated how clean everything was.

I was a bit disappointed that the restaurant was closed. I had hoped to dine there one evening. there were many restaurants nearby. This somewhat compensated for it. it would have been nice to have that option within the hotel, though.

my beautiful double room included a very spacious bathroom with heated floors and complimentary robes. the room offered sufficient space for luggage and included a seating area. the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet environment.

though the restaurant was closed , i did observe the elegant decor. the bar area seemed well-stocked, with a variety of beverages available. breakfast service included a wide array of pastries, fruits and hot dishes.
