I hated that i had to pay extra to leave my luggage. i have never encountered this before. also, the ventilation in my room couldn't be adjusted and ran all night. It was too loud for me to sleep properly.

The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. That was very useful. staff members were consistently nice and helpful. i liked the hotel's proximity to the train station. This made travel simple.
i found the luggage storage fee a bit unusual, as hotels usually offer this service without charge.
