the staff was friendly. the location is very central for shopping and restaurants, all within a couple of minutes walking. the bed was comfy, i slept well.

The air conditioner was very noisy. I needed to open the window. the street was very noisy with loud crowds until 3 am. I could not sleep with the window open.

the location was good, offering easy access to the city center.

i was disappointed by the inconsistent room quality. my initial room had very limited natural light due to small, high windows (i felt a bit claustrophobic). although i was moved, the replacement offered a view of a wall. this felt unprofessional for a hotel charging these rates.
