The location was ideal. It was surprisingly quiet given its central position. The bed was really comfortable. The room was spacious too.

The staff seemed not to care that our key card stopped working and the room wasn't made up. The hotel forgot we were still there after we paid for an extra day. This was a serious issue.

The location was fantastic, RIGHT off the main pedestrian shopping street. It was near tram stops, so transportation was convenient. The staff were cute, and my room was quiet. It WAS also well appointed with good value for money.

My room was quite small and lacked a proper window or access to fresh air. There IS a lift to reach the upper floors.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. It makes access to trams and buses very easy, with the shopping streets just a short walk away. Despite the centrality, the hotel sits on a quiet street.

The buffet breakfast includes all expected items and everything tasted fresh. I also saw many restaurants, cafés, and bars near the premises. There are a lot of diverse options close to the hotel for meals throughout the day.

the staff was friendly. the location is very central for shopping and restaurants, all within a couple of minutes walking. the bed was comfy, i slept well.

The air conditioner was very noisy. I needed to open the window. the street was very noisy with loud crowds until 3 am. I could not sleep with the window open.

The location is excellent. It is a walking distance to main trams and the opera house. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, yet the room was quiet.

I was not pleased with the breakfast. The breakfast was lackluster. I was glad I only had breakfast one time.

the location was good, offering easy access to the city center.

i was disappointed by the inconsistent room quality. my initial room had very limited natural light due to small, high windows (i felt a bit claustrophobic). although i was moved, the replacement offered a view of a wall. this felt unprofessional for a hotel charging these rates.
