The staff at check-in were very cute and professional. Alian was fantastic. i enjoyed the ordered foods and the location was convenient for lhr. the breakfast area was also great.

The airport shuttle wasn't free. That was misleading.

the queen room offered ample space. the room included a comfortable bed and fresh linens and we slept well. it felt really clean. there was a tv with multiple channels.

Galyn greeted me with great friendliness and hospitality. He provided detailed information about hotel facilities and dining options. the breakfast choices were excellent, and the gym equipment was clean and functional. the hotel's proximity to train and bus stations made travel around heathrow and central london easy, and i found this quite convenient. loredana the housekeeper provided thoughtful care .

I noticed slight wear on the woodwork in the room. There was also a coffee stain near the bed.
