modern lighting electronic button large balcony loud a c bright pads broken shower
The room had modern lighting with an electronic 'do not disturb' button. I had a large balcony (i really liked this feature). The front desk staff were friendly.
The room was freezing, and i couldn't find how to turn off the a/c. The electronic pads controlling lights were too bright. The overhead shower head was shooting sideways (it needs to be fixed!).

great location kind staff good room
The location was a real winner for me! it was super close to wembley stadium, like a five-minute walk, i timed it. the room i had was a good size! it was well-appointed. the staff were super kind too. They were very helpful. Everyone was very kind! and accommodating.
The parking was a little limited at the hotel. It could use more spots.

refurbished room quiet air conditioning comfortable bed perfect shower
The room was newly refurbished, a definite plus. The air conditioning was quiet and kept a perfect temperature. I found the bed to be comfortable and quite large. The bathroom shower was also perfect.

The room size was AMAZING. It was also so clean. It had easy access to bus stations and train stations. Central destinations were accessible within thirty minutes.
The pillows were a bit hard.

The location was convenient.
