small room and some issues.
small room cramped space
the staff were kind.
the room i stayed in was surprisingly small. the bed barely fit, leaving very little space to walk around. it was difficult to manage luggage in such a cramped area, and the lack of space made it uncomfortable.

station proximity clean refurbishment helpful staff
I found the hotel very convenient, situated close to Paddington station. The cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel. It appears recently refurbished. The staff were lovely. I appreciated their helpfulness .
The plug socket near my bed was a little loose. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

the room featured a modern design it included a coffee machine i found this addition very convenient the location was close to the station access to public transport was simple the daily cleaning service kept the room super clean
the corridors felt a bit narrow when i was maneuvering luggage

small fridge air conditioning
The hotel was a short walk to paddington station. the room featured a small fridge. That was very helpful. the air conditioning worked very well too. it was a relief given the hot weather.
I found the bathroom to be small. the shower doors obstructed the shower head. Water sprayed everywhere when i tried to close them.

clean room great location
the location is AMAZING!!! it is very close to the train station. my room was also very clean and serviced daily.
the air conditioning didn't work in cool mode, so the room was very stuffy.

accommodating reception halal option close location loose socket shower overflow part refund
the hotel is close to the bus and the station. the reception team WAS accommodating. i found many halal options nearby.
the plug socket next to the bed WAS loose. the shower tray nearly overflowed. the refund process at checkout was not ideal EITHER.
