tube station helpful staff full kitchen itchy blanket creaking bed broken dryer

the tube station was very close it was literally around the corner. the staff at reception were helpful. i had a full kitchen and a dish washer in my room

the blanket felt itchy on my skin i think it was a wool material. the bed made creaking sounds on one side it was a bit uncomfortable. the dryer did not work in the washer dryer combo

Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

functioning kitchen starter pack

The fully functioning kitchen was a real bonus for me, especially since I stayed for almost a week. I also appreciated the tea, coffee, sugar, and milk starter pack I found upon my late arrival (stores were closed).

tube station quick access simple meals small kitchen easy getting elevator service frustrating waits fresh towels lack same towels

the location offered quick access to the tube station. this made getting around the city so easy. the room had a small kitchen which was very convenient. it allowed me to prepare simple meals.

one of the elevators was out of service! this led to some frustrating waits. i asked about fresh towels but never received them. i had to use the same towels throughout my stay.

Fantastic Stay!

easy access helpful staff great decor

The location was very convenient. It gave me easy access to underground transport. The bright, big rooms with great decor. I also really appreciated the helpful staff. They accommodated my request to view multiple rooms until I found the perfect one.

I noticed the sofa had some dirty marks.

short walk coffee shop tuna sandwich

The underground station is a short walk. This made getting around very easy. The coffee shop downstairs had great sandwiches. Tuna was definitely my favorite!!!

The in-house entertainment system needs an update. The TV could not connect to Netflix.
