the microwave in the lobby helped me reheat meals. the free tea was a nice touch i could enjoy anytime. public transport was very close. the staff were very nice and helpful at every time.

the window blind was a bit thin letting light in early.

i saw there was a good area for meals. i noticed they had utensils available all day. this made my meal times easier. a microwave was also available for guest use.

the location was good for accessing transport links.

the room was quite noisy. the soundproofing was poor and i could hear noise from outside and other guests late into the night. also, there was no kettle in the room, i found this inconvenient as i wanted to make a hot drink.
