convenient and friendly stay!
great location helpful staff convenient transport nearby restaurants
i appreciated the location close to restaurants and train stations the big bus hop-on hop-off stop was nearby i found great fish and chip places within walking distance the staff was helpful and friendly i enjoyed canal boardwalk and hyde park in the evenings it was relaxing

i found a breakfast buffet with good selections the hotel is close to multiple restaurants it's also near a tesco express across the street that was super helpful for snacks and quick needs

the rooms were clean and simple for an overnight stay my room included fresh towels and toiletries the bed was firm i had no problems sleeping and the room had good climate control

the location is convenient with tube stations nearby catching early trains was easy the area felt safe i noticed the hotel is well maintained it's easy to walk to local attractions

lack of light train vibrations
the location was acceptable. it allowed easy access to public transportation.
my 'cosy double room no window' was far from satisfactory. i found the lack of natural light quite depressing. the underground trains caused noticeable vibrations throughout the room at regular intervals.

comfortable bed friendly staff modern amenities
the bed was comfortable after a long day traveling. The staff was friendly and readily available to help with questions. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the modern amenities.

The front desk was staffed 24/7. Staff readily assisted with directions and local recommendations. They also offered luggage storage for a fee AFTER checkout, which i found useful.
