mixed feelings about this accommodation
unclean bathroomrough towels
i found that our room was not properly cleaned. there were several hairs in the bathroom and on the bedsheets. the provided towels felt quite rough, they lacked any softness. the lack of cleanliness was a disappointment and detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

The location rocks! I got free tea, coffee. water in my room, that's awesome. The staff were lively and helpful, I really like that. My room was clean and the hotel had a bar open til late, perfect for a nightcap!
The noise was an issue. I could hear other people use taps, it sounded loud, like the Titanic creaking. It really stopped me from a restful sleep.

Location proves really good. King's Cross Station is a stone's throw away. The staff provides very friendly service. I also found the breakfast excellent and it was a great way to start the days.
