i found the breakfast to be quite good with varied choices. the staff were notably friendly and helpful . the secure car park was a significant bonus.
the room i had lacked sufficient hanging space for clothes. a simple peg near the door for coats would suffice. i also noticed that the bathroom door did not close fully, impacting privacy.

Wonderful Stay in Greenwich

The breakfast buffet was quite extensive with many options available. Hot foods, pastries, breads and cereals provided good choices. I found the staff very polite and efficient. The cookies given upon arrival are a lovely gesture.
The room I had lacked a good view. I would have liked a better view from the window.

The staff members were consistently helpful and responsive to inquiries. Check-in was efficient and cute, including the provision of warm cookies. Staff quickly resolved any concerns with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
