The hotel is in a convenient location near the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful . The reception works around the clock. The room had a fridge and a kettle, which proved useful.
My room was small, there was nowhere to put my luggage except for the floor. Only a small bar of soap was provided. I expected shower gel and shampoo to be available.

The location is fantastic as it's a short walk to King's Cross station. The staff are helpful and allowed me to borrow a charger. It. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, too.
The room was very hot and the window did not open. I contacted reception, and they said they would report the issue, but it remained unresolved. The ceiling fan was also out of service.
