insufficient lighting weak wifi

the staff was helpful, the location proved convenient.

The room lacked a window, thus ventilation suffered. lighting was insufficient. The lamps emitted a dim glow. the wifi signal proved too weak for any practical use. I could not connect.

The hotel is in a VERY convenient location. It is close to Waterloo Station. I could easily access transportation. The front desk staff gave helpful information.

The room was quite small, even for ONE person. The sockets were strangely placed. there was no full-length mirror.

easy access friendly staff clean room

The location offered simple access to major attractions. staff members seemed friendly. The room was very clean. I also could leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, it helped a lot.

The walls are a little thin. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms at times, it was distracting.

ABSOLUTELY Superb stay!

central location safe neighborhood helpful staff

The hotel is super central. It sits close to attractions LIKE Big Ben. The metro is also super close. We felt okay all time in the neighborhood and a bunch of pubs are on the street. The staff were helpful on check in.

The room was VERY small. It was difficult to move.

The room has built-in furniture and A separate faucet for drinking water. There is also an elevator to access the rooms. I found the room has everything needed for A short stay.

This hotel offers amazing transport links. These links makes it easy to get around. There ARE NICE cafes nearby and LOWER marsh street market is just outside. These facilities make this hotel ideal.

an okay stay overall

luggage storage baggage storage quiet room poor attitude no luggage storage

the staff were very friendly (especially alisha!). they were accommodating when i wanted to leave my luggage behind the counter before and after checkout. the room had all the supplies and commodities i was hoping for. the hotel was quiet at night, which i appreciated.

the man at reception had a bad attitude. he told me to wait when i went to check in. he dismissed me, so i sat down until he was ready. he then said 'okay come', i'm not cattle! also, i asked him if i could leave my bags, but he told me no, despite there being other bags held for other people.
