solid stay near stratford

central location good size helpful staff

i liked that the hotel was close to the rail station. the room was a good size and clean. the staff was helpful and responsive to my requests, which i appreciated.

the air conditioning was not very effective.

sewage smell street noise

the location was good from an underground metro point of view, allowing access to the elizabeth line.

the room began to smell like raw sewage overnight, so it was AWFUL. there was so much street noise after opening the window that no one got any rest from 3am onwards.

friendly staff convenient location clean room comfortable bed

The staff provided amazing service. Breakfast extended until noon on weekends. The location is a short walk to Westfield and the tube. Restaurants are conveniently next door and pubs are nearby. I found the room very clean and cute for my birthday weekend. The shower was perfect. The bed was very comfortable.

I found a very slight issue with the coffee and tea making options. The selection could have been a bit better

The room had tea and coffee making facilities. A firm bed provided good sleep. Breakfast offered a decent selection of food items.
