excellent bayswater stay

responsive staff coffee in-room microwave 24 7 staffing

the staff were very responsive to requests i made. i found tea and coffee replenished daily which i thought was a nice touch. the in-room microwave and mini fridge were useful for storing and preparing small meals. the 24/7 staffing.

The bathroom lacked counter space. It was slightly inconvenient.

my room had a single bed with firm mattress and crisp linen, ensuring restful sleep. the climate control worked effectively, great for a comfortable temperature. a small desk was present, adequate for basic work needs.

convenient location friendly staff helpful staff small room non-functional fridge basement room

the location is very convenient. it is close to underground stations and near many points of interest. the staff was also friendly and helpful. i found the room to be clean.

the superior room was quite small. it was difficult to move around, especially when the bathroom door was open. the fridge did not work correctly and had items from a previous guest. i found the breakfast room in the basement.

charming stay near hyde park

subway stations walking distance tea making facilities club twin room

The hotel is very close to two subway stations making travel easy. kensington gardens are within walking distance. A good way to end the day. our club twin room was fairly spacious and quiet. the provided tea making facilities were a welcome addition after long days.

the elevator was out of service for a few days . it made accessing upper floors a bit inconvenient, though staff offered assistance with luggage.

the hotel has foreign power outlets which is very convenient for international travellers. there is also quick access to transportation options because it is located on a beautiful street. the staff was very friendly and helpful .

My room featured both european and british power sockets, quite useful. a refrigerator and microwave were included. These made storing and heating food convenient. the room was cleaned regularly during my four-night stay and well maintained.

i did not have breakfast at the hotel because of nearby cafes and restaurants. there were several options within walking distance, offering variety for early morning meals. i found multiple choices suited for different tastes.

mixed feelings about this stay

poor air conditioning small window

the location was decent with easy access to transport hubs.

the room was stifling, and the air con did not work well. a generator sat right outside a very small window, i could not open it because of the noise. also, the lighting was not good, it was hard to apply makeup.
