The location was AMAZING!!! It was easy to get to from Paddington or Bayswater tube station. The super nice team and friendly. The room and bed were clean. I found foreign power outlets, good for tourists.

the location was decent with easy access to transport hubs.

the room was stifling, and the air con did not work well. a generator sat right outside a very small window, i could not open it because of the noise. also, the lighting was not good, it was hard to apply makeup.
