The breakfast included fresh orange juice and a good variety of products. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the Royal Albert Hall. It was only a short walk.

The reception during check-in was chaotic with a trainee on duty. The trainee lady asked everyone to wait for the room to be ready. I found the room very small and different from the online pictures. There was no kettle, just a coffee machine.

I found the location ideal, really close to the royal albert hall (just a short walk!). the breakfast was great. I particularly enjoyed the fresh orange juice. my room was clean and modern. The bathroom had white company toiletries.

the room i had felt a little small, but it was adequate for one person.

The room had attention to detail regarding facilities. The staff proved helpful and friendly. The hotel's location allows for walks to Kensington Gardens and museums. The proximity to the Royal Albert Hall enhanced my visit.

It was slightly noisy at times as guests entered and exited.

The self-service buffet provided many choices. A menu also allowed for special orders. A wide array of foods was available for breakfast. Bar and waiting staff were attentive and polite.

The doormen were kind and helpful. Front desk staff were very supportive . The entire staff demonstrated a child-friendly demeanour and provided assistance promptly, it was excellent.
