Acceptable stay with minor issues

really clean roomhotel roomsuperb locationbroken kettlehard pillowshower door
The room was really clean. It had everything I needed in a hotel room. The location was superb for visiting Hyde Park and surrounding areas.
The kettle didn't work. The bed seemed like a piece of concrete and the pillows were hard. Shower doors don't keep water from seeping out.

The breakfast included fresh orange juice and a good variety of products. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the Royal Albert Hall. It was only a short walk.
The reception during check-in was chaotic with a trainee on duty. The trainee lady asked everyone to wait for the room to be ready. I found the room very small and different from the online pictures. There was no kettle, just a coffee machine.
