The hotel presents four dining options. La Grand'Vigne, a Michelin-starred restaurant, features cuisine by chef Nicolas Masse using ingredients from organic vegetable gardens and local producers. La Table du Lavoir provides bistro-style cuisine with seasonal and regional ingredients, served under wooden vaults from old wine storehouses, or on the outdoor terrace. ROUGE is a gourmet grocery and wine bar, serving South-Western products and Bordeaux wines. French Paradox bar offers cocktails and a selection of Armagnacs, Cognacs, and Whiskies. The breakfast buffet includes products exclusively from New Aquitaine, such as hot pastries and breads with butter and delicious jams and honey, a fresh seasonal fruit salad, a local dairy product, and finally a poached egg, smoked trout from the Pyrenees and creamed spinach.
Leisure and wellness
Guests have free access to the fitness room and indoor pool. Spa Vinothérapie offers Caudalie treatments, a hammam, relaxation rooms, and a natural hot water bath with jacuzzi, using water from a hot spring 540 meters below ground. An outdoor heated swimming pool operates from May to October. The outdoor whirlpool is open year-round.

Les Sources de Caudalie is located in Martillac, 25 km from Merignac, within the Graves Crus Classés vineyards. Nearby landmarks include Eglise Notre Dame (2.5 km), Chateau Olivier (3.5 km), and Chateau Leognan (7 km). Bordeaux-Mérignac International Airport is accessible by car in 20 minutes. The Bordeaux Saint-Jean TGV station is approximately 20 minutes by car, and the Cadaujac TER station is less than 10 minutes by car.
