Okay Stay. Some Issues Noted

carpet stainspoor insulation
I was disappointed with some aspects of the room I received. The carpet had several noticeable stains which was quite off-putting. I found the noise insulation poor. I could hear every footstep from the hallway and rooms nearby , made it hard to relax. The staff did address my concerns, but the experience was still below expectations.
