The Victorian style bar includes open fires, oak wall paneling, leather upholstered furniture, and timber floors. Proper, hearty daily specials with tantalizing options for lunch, light bites, or dinner, are offered, coupled with a wide array of craft beers and cocktails. A split level design bar incorporates traditional and medieval features. The 1520 restaurant had the best food and ambiance than any other in the city. Freddy's Italian restaurant on Quay Street serves up authentic Italian dishes using locally sourced fresh ingredients. The evening menu embraces a variety of innovative small plates, perfect for sharing and showcasing the best of West of Ireland produce, coupled with a wide choice of non-meat and vegan options.
