The staff provided excellent service. They were attentive when dealing with our children, also the receptionists were efficient. the manager even offered a ride to the train station, when taxis were unavailable!

I found the room very spacious with a lovely bathroom. It really was like an upgrade. the bar food was excellent. the breakfast included everything needed for a good start to the day. overall, it was a great experience, surpassing expectations.
I noticed the pool area was quite busy, and the seating could benefit from an upgrade. Some chairs felt uncomfortable. perhaps this is something to look at for future improvements.

The leisure center next door includes a pool, sauna, steam room. and a jacuzzi. It's easily accessible for all guests. plenty of parking spaces are available, made coming and going very convenient.

I found the bar offered a selection of snacks and dinner options, and the food was really well presented. the lovely kids menu made sure everyone in our family was happy. The service was also excellent.

The hotel is within reasonable walking distance from the town center. This allows convenient access to shops and restaurants. the surrounding area also offers peaceful walks, especially near the pretty waterfalls, which i enjoyed.

The breakfast was acceptable. It had a sufficient variety of options.
i was quite disappointed. the bathroom was old and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, not at all pleasant! also, the noise levels were high, especially early in the morning. i could hear other guests and staff talking loudly in the corridors. it was hard to sleep.
