the receptionist was cute upon arrival.
The interior lighting was dim. The bedside lamps did not allow for easy reading. the shower head had mineral deposits, and the shower drain was slow. I stood in ankle-deep water. i expected better.

The restaurant was excellent, the food presented fabulous aspects. caroline was cute, friendly. Her customer service was first class, though she was very busy. the location is really good, right on the beach. i had convenient access to the atlantic ocean from the hotel.
the hotel lift was broken for the days of our stay, our room occupied the third floor. there was no apology for this inconvenience and no attempt to resolve it until midweek. i witnessed people struggling with the stairs, and i was disappointed at that price.
